Seaway Marine Contractors Inc. is one of Florida’s leading and most experienced marine contractors. Our company has been building Seawalls, Docks, Boatlifts, Boat Ramps, Marinas and Boardwalks for residential, commercial and government clients since the 1970’s.

We are fully licensed, bonded and insured (including U.S. L&H, and Jones Act.) to offer marine construction services throughout the state of Florida. However, most of our work is in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties. Seaway was founded in the late seventies and incorporated in 1983. We are pre-qualified to perform work for many state and local agencies. Mark Kretzer, President of Seaway Marine Contractors Inc. has lived in Pinellas County since 1957 and has been directly involved in marine construction since the mid sixties. Mr. Kretzer is also a charter member of the Florida Marine Contractors Association and a U.S. Veteran.
