Seaway is one of Florida's leading and most experienced marine contractors. We have been building seawalls, boat ramps, piers, marinas and boardwalks for residential, commercial and government customers since the 1970's. We are fully Licensed, Bonded and Insured (including U.S. L&H, and Jones Act.) to offer marine construcion services throughout the state of Florida. However, most of our work is in the Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties. Seaway was founded in the late seventies and incorporated in 1983. We are pre-qualified to perform work for many state and local government agencies. Mark Kretzer, President of Seaway Marine Contractors Inc. has lived in the Tampa Bay / Gulf beach area since 1957. He has been directly involved in marine construcion since the mid sixties. Mr. Kretzer is also a charter member of the Florida Marine Contractors Association and a U.S. Veteran.
